Landon Dunford is an actor, trainer, and coach living in Los Angeles. He first started his fitness journey as an athlete, ultimately playing college football before committing fully to his love for acting. He is an NASM certified personal trainer. His passion lies in the intersection between fitness, nutrition, and character development--he loves helping actors not just achieve their physical goals, but also their creative goals, as well.
